When you buy art at Artely, you can be sure that your artwork is transported in a safe and professional way directly to your door. All original artworks are insured during transportation. The payment is made via the payment provider Klarna, you can get the artwork first and pay later.
At the moment, purchases via Klarna can only be made in Sweden. If you are outside Sweden and are interested in purchasing an artwork please send us an e-mail and we will help you with your purchase.

Payment is made via the payment provider Klarna and you can choose from several different payment options. Payment options offered through Klarna Checkout are: Invoice, Card payment, Part payment, Account credit and Direct payment via bank.
Regardless of which payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna’s partners is the one who handles the payment transaction. If you have any questions regarding your payment, you should primarily contact Klarna.
If you are outside Sweden we will send you an invoice and deliver your artwork after we have received your payment.
All art is delivered directly to your door. Shipping of original artwork is done via the art-specialized shipping company ArtMove, where you can also choose additional services such as professional hanging and lighting. All art transported via ArtMove is insured (NSAB 2000, BOHAG 2000, Non-life Insurance / Full Value Insurance). The artwork is packaged by ArtMove’s specialists for the safe transport of your art purchase.
The artwork will be handed over only to the person who is listed as the customer on the order. The artwork will be handed over only upon presentation of a valid form of ID.
Fine Art Prints are delivered by Postnord and you can choose to pick up your artwork at PostNord’s delivery point or have it delivered home the day and time that suits you.
Delivery time for standard delivery in Sweden is about 10-15 working days, counting from the day you received your order confirmed by Artely.
In case of delivery of artworks weighing over 20 kg or measuring over 200 cm, we will provide an offer for shipping cost.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
It is easy to return artworks purchased at Artely. If you wish to return your newly purchased artwork, you can always notify us within 14 days of receiving the artwork and get your money back. Just send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following information: artist’s name, title of artwork and order number and we will help you throughout the whole process.
When returning an original artwork, we call our transport company ArtMove and book the return delivery for you. The cost of the transport is SEK 1 000. The artwork is insured throughout the transport, should anything unfortunate happen during the transportation the insurance will replace the entire value of the artwork. This extra insurance is included in the price of your return cost. Our extra insurance covers the entire cost of works up to SEK 100,000.
Return of Fine Art Prints is made via Postnord and costs SEK 300. Simply send us an e-mail that you wish to make a return including the above listed information, and we will send you a return form. It is important that you use the same packaging you received in order to ensure that the work is properly protected during transport. You can always contact us if you are unsure and we will help you throughout the whole process.
The artwork must be returned within 14 days from the date the notification of withdrawal was submitted to Artely.
Artely shall pay back the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date Artely has received notification from the Artist or ArtMove that the artwork has been returned back. Additional details are listed below in Terms of Purchase.
