Artely is Sweden’s marketplace for art that brings all original art to one place and cooperates only with with established Swedish artists. Via Artely you buy art directly from the artist and it is they themselves who post their offerings and set the price.

On Artely you buy your art easily and safely, payment is made via the payment provider Klarna. The artwork you have purchased is delivered right to your door, and in most cases you can also choose to pick it up yourself in at the artist’s.

At the moment it is only possible to get your art delivered within Sweden. You can only buy one artwork per order. If you wish to purchase more artworks, you’ll need to place a separate order for each artwork.

Payment is made via the payment provider Klarna and you can choose from several different payment options. Klarna Checkout currently offers the following payment options:

• Invoice
• Card payment
• Partial payment
• Direct bank wire transfer

All art is being delivered right to your door, and in most cases you can also choose whether you would prefer to pick it up yourself at the artist’s. If you choose home delivery, shipping will be handled by the specialist art shippers ArtMove, which will also allow you to select such additional services as professional picture hanging and/or lighting. All art shipped by ArtMove is insured (NSAB 2000, BOHAG 2000, Sakförsäkring/Fullvärdesförsäkring). The artwork is packaged by ArtMove’s specialists to ensure safe transport of your property.

The artwork will be handed over only to the person who is listed as the customer on the order, no matter of it is being delivered to your door or if you choose to pick it up yourself at the artist’s. The artwork will be handed over only upon presentation of a valid form of ID.

Standard delivery time is approximately 10-15 working days, counted from the next day after you have received your order confirmation from Artely.

In case of delivery of artworks weighing over 20kg or measuring over 200cm, we will provide a offer for shipping cost.

When purchasing artworks on Artely there is always 14 days withdrawal. Upon withdrawal, you pay for return shipping and all applicable insurance. If you choose to return the artwork on your own you yourself are responsible for returning the artwork in the condition the artwork was received. If you choose to return via a freight company the artwork must be returned via the same specialized art shipping company used by Artely, ArtMove. We recommend always selecting ArtMove for safe return shipping. Returns must be made to the Artist using the methods and guidelines provided by Artely.

The artwork must be returned within 14 days from the date the notification of withdrawal was submitted to Artely.

Artely shall pay back the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date Artely has received notification from the Artist or ArtMove that the artwork has been returned back. Additional details are listed below in Terms of Purchase.

Returns do not apply to purchases that have been made directly at the Artist’s, Artely or other places where the artwork is available for purchase (for example art fairs) using Artely’s service to carry out the actual purchase.
