HOW LONG IS MY PERSONAL DATA SAVED?
If you agree to being a registered customer or member at Artely, your data is saved until you remove yourself from the register. You can remove yourself from the register as a customer at any time. If you do not register yourself as a customer, your data is saved as long as necessary based on legal requirements or in order to meet Artelys commitments towards you, such as fulfilling delivery and guarantee commitments. Depending on what you decide, your data is never saved longer than the period permitted by the applicable personal data legislation.

ACCESS TO UPDATES AND CORRECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
According to the personal data legislation applying, you are entitled, once a calendar year, to free information on the personal data that is processed about you, regardless of how this was collected. If you wish to receive such information, you must submitted a written request for this. Under the applicable personal data legislation, the request should be sent, signed by you, by post to the address given in the website. It can thus, NOT be sent via email.

Artely wishes to ensure that your personal data is correct and up to date. If any of the information that you have submitted to Artely changes, such as when you change your email address, name or payment information, or if you wish to cancel your user account, please submit correct information to us by sending an email: info@artely.com. You are entitled, whenever you wish, to request that personal data is corrected, blocked or removed. You are entitled, whenever you wish, to revoke an agreement that you previously submitted on the processing of personal data.
